Sorry Apple, I love your products but no way am I dropping a grand for something that has a better than average chance of falling on the ground and being destroyed.
Sorry, I’ll spend that money on something else. My iPhone 6s Plus still does the job. Plus I won’t feel like I just burned a thousand dollars in Vegas when I accidentally drop it. AppleCare you say, that’s another $129 plus a deductible, probably more for the iPhone 8.
Might be one of the longest dry spells in history for me buying anything Apple. Sad.
