First image using a H-Alpha filter with my new refractor telescope from Williams Optics.
Very little processing other than stretching at this point. I’m hoping for a few more clear nights here in the mountains of North Carolina so I can add SII and OIII filtered images to the final combined image.
The image is a small portion of the North America Nebula. The entire region is about 140 light years across and 90 light years from north to south.
