Seems Defcon 2016 is more crowded than ever. I’m guessing a side effect of the job market and non-geeks wanting to get in on the action too.
I’ve also noticed lots of people on the Defcon network and they seem to not be running any kind of noticeable protection (VPNs). If so, Infosec may not be the right career for you.
